Process & Facility
Process & Facility
At Verma Die Castings, we follow a well-defined, quality-driven manufacturing process supported by modern infrastructure and robust systems, beginning with meticulous raw material inspection and controlled furnace melting where metal temperatures are continuously monitored to ensure consistency and metallurgical integrity. The molten aluminium is then processed through pressure die casting (PDC) under precisely defined parameters to achieve high dimensional accuracy and strength, followed by fettling and trimming operations. Extensive in-house machining, including drilling, tapping, CNC turning, and VMC machining, is carried out to meet exact tolerances. Surface finishing processes such as shot blasting, vibro finishing, drying, buffing, lancer operations, and lapping enhance product quality and appearance, while riveting and assembly are performed as required. Final treatments including powder coating, plating, and anodizing are completed as per customer specifications, with quality checks embedded at every stage to ensure consistent, reliable, and customer-focused delivery.
Quality Assurance
At Verma Die Castings, quality assurance is an integral part of our manufacturing approach, ensuring excellence at every stage—from raw material inspection to final dispatch—through well-defined procedures, continuous process monitoring, and rigorous quality checks for consistent performance and reliability. We maintain strict control across die casting, machining, and finishing operations, closely monitoring critical parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time to ensure casting strength and dimensional accuracy, while conducting regular inspections with calibrated instruments to meet specified tolerances and functional requirements. Our systems enable complete batch traceability, allowing every production lot to be tracked back to its raw material source and process history, with all materials verified and documented to comply with required specifications and industry standards. Supported by an ISO-certified quality management system, our disciplined and structured approach ensures we consistently deliver components that meet the highest standards of precision, reliability, and long-term performance.
